What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser so it can remember things from one page to the next.
Cookies we always use
These are needed for the shop to work and cannot be switched off:
- Your shopping bag and wishlist, even before you sign in.
- Your sign-in session.
- Your chosen country and currency.
- Security tokens that protect forms and payments.
- Whether you have closed our newsletter pop-up, so we do not show it again too soon.
Cookies we use only with your consent
Analytics and marketing tools — for example Google Analytics or the Meta pixel — run only if they are switched on and you allow them. You can change your choice at any time.
Payment and sign-in providers
Razorpay, PayPal and Google may set their own cookies on their secure pages when you pay or sign in with them; their own policies apply.
Turning cookies off
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Without the essential ones, the bag, sign-in and checkout will not work.
